Where do you offer services?
We serve New Jersey and surrounding areas. Share your venue location so we can confirm availability and any travel fees in your quote.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer reserve your wedding date. For a $1,000 package, the retainer is $250. Your agreement will confirm all booking terms.
Do you offer payment plans?
Flexible wedding payment plans are available, with the full balance due 30 days before the wedding. For other events, ask about the payment schedule with your quote.
Can you work with my budget or my own decor?
Yes—share your budget and priorities so we can discuss a realistic scope. Setup-only help with client-provided decor can also be quoted. Every item and responsibility will be confirmed before booking.
Are rentals, setup and cleanup included?
These depend on your selected services. Your quote will list the decor, rentals, setup and breakdown included. Event decor breakdown and full venue cleaning are different services, so please tell us what your venue requires.
What if I need to change or cancel my event?
Contact Ashley as soon as possible. Date changes depend on availability. Your signed agreement will explain the cancellation, retainer and rescheduling terms.
